Dem Lizenznehmer werden durch die Einräumung der Lizenz keinerlei Eigentums- oder Urheberrechte an dem Lizenzmaterial übertragen. Markus Steiger gewährt dem Lizenznehmer weder ausdrücklich noch konkludent ein Recht oder eine Lizenz an dem Lizenzmaterial.
Bildnachweis
Jeglichem in redaktionellem Kontext verwendeten Lizenzmaterial muss in enger räumlicher Nähe dieser Urhebervermerk hinzugefügt werden: „Markus Steiger / 01241.com“.
Copyright
No ownership or copyright in any Licensed Material shall pass to Licensee by the issuance of the license contained in this Agreement. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, Markus Steiger grants Licensee no right or license, express or implied, to the Licensed Material.

All Licensed Material used in an editorial context, must include the following credit line adjacent to the Licensed Material: „Markus Steiger / 01241.com“.
